I think of a little girl standing up high saying " catch me daddy, catch me "
- she feels safe, not fearful, coz she knows daddy WILL catch her
and she loves / is grateful for daddy.
If she stood there afraid, thinking he will not catch me,
she will not enjoy the experience at all and she will have no strength to jump,
she will in essence curl up and struggle to cope.
It is only trust and gratefulness that opens our arms, hearts and gives us strength to stand, gives peace and joy and settles the soul/stomach.
PLUS by accepting that imperfection is normal - we don't need to defend ourselves to God or anyone when we accept we are weak and imperfect.
- God understands our feebleness/earthly weakness, inabilities, sadness, tiredness
- that's why He sent Jesus to die, to live in our weak incapable selves.
It is ONLY in the admitting of our need that we get filled
by God's strength/love/peace,
so being sensitive and weak is a gift 🙂

1. Gluten eats away at gut lining.
If the gut is damaged, it can not absorb nutrients.
2. It messes with the gall bladder and bile production.
If you do not absorb fats and fat soluble nutrients such as vitamins A, D, K, and other nutrients, you will have problems utilizing any minerals you do absorb, to say nothing of the nutrient deficiencies from inadequate essential fats.
