God shapes my spirit and soul for Him.
I like to keep food in perspective, it is of earth, it does not control my eternal destiny.
Focusing too much on food, upsets the eternal joy and peace.
I like to ask God for wisdom and He directs me what my body needs.
He made me, He knows what I need to live to glorify Him.

I think we still need to listen to our body, while eating healthily.
We know by trial and error if we sleep well or not, or feel energetic
 or lose weight and still feel fit.  (eg if I eat beef, I don't sleep well.)
I find it is a benefit to have a plan to eat by.
I lost a lot of weight by not eating red-meat, 1- 2 years ago, and now I am eating meat again, 
the weight is creeping back on, even tho I am not eating the 5 bad whites.
So I shall try red-meat free and avoid my wrong fruits and veg and see what happens again.
NOTE
Many people receive benefit from trying this.
I also like to read all sides of a story, we find sites that say eating for blood type is not proven,
but sites also say that gluten and sugar are OK- 
so we need to consider what works and why we don't feel well / are gaining weight.
Note Kim's thought at the end, ie that we ALL keep meat consumption lower than veg consumption,
as many health sites recommend a daily diet of about 30% acidic foods, but it's a personal choice.
